The videos on this site are encoded for Flash Player and are at broadband rates. Therefore you will need a broadband internet connection to view the videos. If you are having trouble viewing the videos as a first step check to see if you have any firewalls that would prevent your computer from viewing videos. | Video does not play at all. An error message may pop up. |
- You may have the wrong version of Flash Player installed.

- If you browser does not detect the error automatically.Please check which version of flash player you have installed by right clicking the left side video window. You need at least Flash Player 8.

| Video plays but audio can't be heard |
- If audio cannot be heard from any other programs that normally use it (such as media player), there may be a problem with your sound card or speakers/headphones.
- If audio can be heard from other programs, there may be a problem with the Flash Player.

- Check speaker volume, power, and connections. Check soundcard status in Windows Device Manager (see windows help for more information).

- The video links and page tabs use javascript, which may not be enabled in your browser

- Javascript can be enabled in your browsers options/preferences section. Also make sure that your browser version meets the minimum requirements above.
